Yes – all selected final team headshots are professionally retouched and delivered in both high-resolution for print and web-ready formats. Perfect for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, press features, and marketing materials.
- How do we choose which images will be retouched?
I have a number of options for how the the final images will be selected(group galleries, individual galleries, onsite selection). Which NYC group headshot package you choose will depend on how long you want the sessions to be, how quickly you would like the images back, privacy, and production value to name a few.
- What should we wear?
Wardrobe coordination helps ensure a cohesive, professional look across your group. We’ll discuss what aligns best with your company’s brand, industry, and culture so your team headshots project unity and credibility.
- Do we need hair and makeup?
If you’re not sure, no problem — I’ll walk you through the options. If it makes sense for your group headshot session, I can arrange for a trusted hair and makeup artist to be on-site.
- We’ve never booked team headshots in New York City — and we’re not sure what to expect.

I'm originally from the Midwest, but if 25 years in NYC makes you a New Yorker, then I guess I’m a New Yorker now.
Before photography, I spent years as a Broadway and Broadway touring actor. Nine years ago my wife and I had twin girls! I was not going to be a traveling father, so I turned my attention to photography.
As a Broadway actor, I learned firsthand how essential a strong headshot can be. Casting directors scroll through hundreds of actor headshots in NYC every day. A great professional headshot opens doors.
